Linear Dynamics Inc. of Montgomery, Pennsylvania, is a 50-year-old company that manufactures highway maintenance products, such as pavement marking machines, crack sealing materials and equipment, and hot thermoplastic equipment.

The company has been using Beach Filters on their traffic marking machines since 1988. Steve Gozur, Sales Engineer for Ecco Corp., a Beach distributor located in Broomall, PA, explained why Linear used Beach Filters on their line painting equipment.

“Linear needed clean, dry air to ensure that the glass and reflective beads and the adhesive form a permanent bond when sprayed on the highway.” Beach models F-T20C and F-600AL are typically used on the line painting machines.

Gary Mark, Technical Service Manager at Linear Dynamics, said they order 40 to 50 Beach filters a year and use Beach exclusively. “Uniform appearance and superior adhesion are crucial elements in our pavement marking equipment,” Mark said. That’s why consistently clean, dry compressed air filtration is key.
