Applications: A Mid-Atlantic Corrugated and Finishing Equipment OEM branch was having significant quality issues when shipping their machines overseas. New equipment was arriving with surface rust and malfunctioning control boxes due to moisture. Beach Filters and their local authorized distributor worked closely with the customer to specify the size and number of Sta-Dri® bags for each area in the shipment. Today, every shipment that leaves the USA is packed with Sta-Dri® desiccant bags, ensuring a dry, rust-free delivery anywhere in the world. Use of the Sta-Dri® bags were later expanded to domestic shipments where they are inserted in electrical control
enclosures to eliminate moisture and protect the sensitive electronic components.

Sta-dri® Desiccant Bags |
Sta-Dri® bags consist of clay desiccant in granular form in a spun-bonded polyester  pouch and are placed in shipping cartons or storage spaces to absorb moisture. They control moisture in both storage and
shipping environments to below 40% relative humidity. |

Container Dri® II Desiccant |
 Container Dri consists of an advanced formula of granules in a Tyvek® envelope that turns moisture into a thick, no-spill gel. This desiccant formulation controls moisture and dew point temperatures in shipping containers.
