Because MoistureBloc™ filter blocks water and does not absorb it, consumable parts life is extended two to four times and arc stability is increased two times over use of unfiltered air. And because MoistureBloc^™ filters will flow at 25 scfm at a maximum pressure of 125 psig, they will fit most compressors.

How it works:

• As the patented filter element becomes contaminated with moisture, the filter molecules expand to block moisture from the air stream.
• When fully contaminated, the filter element expands to block airflow completely, preventing defects and damage to tools.
• Changing the element of the MoistureBloc™ filter is quick, easy, and tools-free, providing a minimum of lost production time.
• To further reduce downtime, the tandem unit is available. A unique shuttle and exhaust valve arrangement enables instant filter changeover, allowing the contaminated filter to be changed when convenient.
